GILLANS INC offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for a limited time on all U.S. merchandise order $ 24.99and over (excluding taxes). No promotion code needed for free shipping for over $ 24.99. For shipping totaling less than $ 24.99, there is a delivering charge.

If you did not receive your order within 2 weeks, please contact us we can do search and track your order.

At this time, we do not ship to APO & FPO and on P.O. Boxes addresses.

CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a full refund within five days with original web receipt.

Only unopened and unused items will be return.

We regret that we are unable to refund any original shipping charges that you paid.

We can process returns, exchanges and refunds only for items purchased on www.evandefacialcare.com

The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Before returning, send us an email on info@evandefacialcare.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment; include your order number and the reason of return. We will issue you a RMA number that you should include in the return package.
